1. Processing Fee Refunds

• Refundable if loan is rejected by us
• Non-refundable if application withdrawn by you
• Non-refundable after loan disbursement

2. Prepayment

• Prepayment permitted after minimum tenure
• Foreclosure charges may apply
• Excess payments refunded within 7 days

3. Failed Transactions

• Amount reversed within 5-7 business days
• Contact support with transaction ID
