1. Eligibility

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid PAN and Aadhaar
• Property ownership (for LAP products)
• Minimum income requirements as specified

2. Loan Products

• Loan amounts up to ₹10 Lakhs
• Interest rates: 12-15% per annum
• Processing fees and charges as applicable
• Terms subject to credit assessment

3. Repayment

• EMIs via e-NACH mandate
• Prepayment permitted (charges may apply)
• Late payment penalties as per agreement

4. Default

In case of default:

• Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated
• Credit bureau reporting
• Property enforcement (for secured loans)
